Dear everyone,
Wow, 2012 has been a great and fantastic year, we doubled the amount of servers this year, as well as added additional locations (London and Singapore) we can really look back on a successful 2012 thanks to you, our clients and our team for working around the clock to make you happy.
We have planned several new things for 2013, but i am not able to tell to much yet, but it is going to be great. And we know that 2013 is going to be even better as 2012, with your help and our fantastic team we will be sure of moving the boundaries even further.
Were there things we could have done better ? yes, every year we run into these, but I think we should learn from them and improve where possible, I am not ashamed for the things we may have done not totally right, as long we learn from them and not make the same mistakes again. Also I have been telling everyone our new website would be launched soon, I did that already since last summer, but still the old site is online. All I can say, we are still working on it, but customers go first.
That said, please note that our sales department will be limited available from 25th of December 2012 till the 02 of January 2013, our 24x7 support team will be here during the holidays for urgent issues as usual.
I want to thank everyone who made 040hosting to a success again in 2012, and hope you will work with us to make 2013 even better !
