Two Factor Authentication for support portal

We have added an option to use two factor authentication for our support portal, to enable this you need a so called OATH application, below you will find some links where you can find these applications as well as a video on how to enable this on your account. 

To setup the two factor authentication please first install the OATH application i.e. google authenticator (available for Android, Ios, BlackBerry)

after enabling the OATH and added the verificaiton code after the install you have installed it correctly. When logging into our support portal again with your userid/password you also will be requested your Security OATH code. 

A backup code is provided for safe keeping in case you loose or misplaced your OATH device.
