Support Portal Maintenace Issues

This morning 21/06 we had a maintenance on our support portal; due to an issue with the database we where forced to restore a backup of 01:00CET last night.
We have contacted clients which created tickets between 01:00CET and 09:30CET and have re-created or updated tickes where needed for future reference.
Clients may have received double invoices ; if that is the case please make sure you pay the latest email; we are looking into affected accounts and update those clients by email as well.
We are sorry for the inconvience this may have caused and are taking action to make sure this can not happen again.
