We have upgraded the backup retention included with our Shared Cloud Hosting packages.
Shared Cloud Hosting customers now benefit from:
- 2 daily backups
- 2 weekly backups
This provides additional recovery points in case a website, database, or other account data needs to be restored.
Need More Backup History?
Customers who require longer backup retention are encouraged to upgrade to one of our Premium Shared Hosting solutions.
Premium Shared Hosting includes:
- 7 daily backups
- 4 weekly backups
- 12 monthly backups
This makes Premium Shared Hosting the better choice for business-critical websites, frequently updated websites, online shops, and customers who want access to a much longer backup history.
Please remember that backups are intended as an additional recovery option. We still recommend keeping your own copies of important website files and data whenever possible.
