Possible latency fluctuations during maintenance in Frankfurt

We would like to announce that two new fiber optic connections from our Frankfurt facility to our new data center Datadock in Strasbourg will be brought into service within the next days.
This setup requires a maintenance on our network infrastructure, and changes in priorities on our routers.
As a precautionary measure we are informing you that this operation may cause latency fluctuations.
We have scheduled this work for the following times:
Wednesday the 15th September 2010,
and Thursday the 16th September 2010,
between 0:30 am - 4:30 am CEST (GMT+1)
