Backup Line is configured at our main office

After some issues with our ISP at our main office location we have added an additional backup line for emergencies, we will now be able to switch to an alternative provider within 15 minutes and continue our work in our main office without having to move to our backup location.
While the downtime in our main office does not affect our servers in any way, it was harder for us to reply to tickets and configuring new equipment remotely. We will have a backup location available in case of other severe events in our region, but will not need to use it for temporary ISP issues.
