The fastest way to configure your outlook is to login into your cpanel and go to Add / Remove E-mail account(s), here you will see all your configured accounts, click on the outlook icon on the right of the account you want to use in outlook.

or set the settings manualy, or when you are using other mail-client:

POP3 Server: mail.<yourdomain>
SMTP Server: mail.<yourdomain>
IMAP4 Server: mail.<yourdomain>

You can also access your mail by webmail , you can do this by going to: http://<yourdomain>/webmail/
