Currently only support can restore a full account for a client. To restore a full account please contact our support department and we will assist you in restoring the backup. 

If you created a snapshot before you made changes we can restore the snapshot for you as well; please keep in mind that if not paid for additional backup services the limit of snapshots is 5GB in size, if your account is larger this may be an incomplete snapshot.
