The short answer, yes we do !
The long answer, 040 hosting does provide reseller hosting to its customers, in order to do so we have several types of plans, as not everything is needed for everyone.
Reseller type I: Basic Reseller account, not white-labeled using 040 hostings nameservers ( i.e. nsX.040services.net ).
Reseller type II: Reseller account and 2 IP's for your own nameservers. You will use your own name servers. (i.e. nsX.yourownresellerdns.tld ) this is a white-labeled service.
Reseller type III: Reseller account and 2 IP's. You will use your own name servres ( i.e. nsX.yourownresellerdns.tld ) and are able to create nameservers under your account. This way you can offer your own Reseller services.
Reseller type IV: Same as type III but including support to end-users under your company name. Only available on request.
