We have a 30-day, satisfaction guarantee. If you cancel your account for any reason within the first 30 days, you will get a full refund for the hosting (i.e. Shared Hosting - Reseller Hosting - Semi-Dedicated Hosting).
However, domain setup fees are not included in the refund. We will however change the Nameserver records for the domain to any dns servers you like free of charge, this way you can keep your domain working as usual. Of course you are free to transfer it to any other registrar of your liking, but mostly they will charge you for the move, instead of doing this we are more than happy to host your domain-records for the rest of the year. (please do not forget to cancel the domain before the end of its 1 year term, or we may need to bill you for an additional year).
Also if your site violates our TOS you will not be refunded and you might even be fined for any damage your site might have done to us or our customers.
We are confidend that this all is not needed, but if you as customer are not happy about our services please let our sales department know and they will work with you to find either a sollution, or help you to move away from us, free of any charge.
Please note that Dedicated Servers (Managed or Unmanaged are excluded from the money back guarantee; however all servers are having a monthly contract and no setup fees).
