resolved - CDN Issues in Europe

It seems there are some DNS issues in Europe with the Multicasting of the DNS; we are aware of this and have informed the CDN supplier.

The outage did seem only to have affected some routes; this is now resolved.

Please note that we are upgrading (patching) the MySQL server at the Dryades server. This may cause the system to be a bit slower as usual.
