Depending on which account(server) you created an 'add on domain' in cpanel you have to fill in the name-servers for your domain. If you are a 040DNS+ customer please contact our support desk.
Please refer to your Welcome email as each account may have different nameservers configured, depending on which server the account is created.
If you did not yet receive a welcome email or it has been some time ago and you lost the welcome email, you can find it in your Email History at https://www.040support.nl
