If you receive the message: The MYSQL database could not be selected in Softaculous please check the amount of database you have created, the most likely reason you got this message is because Softaculous was not able to create a new domain because you reached the maximum of the hosting package you have.
Note that if you created databases before for an application and you remove the application afterwards by hand the database may still exist, this database will be counted towards your database quota. In those cases you may need to remove the unused databases first.
If you still cant create a new install, you can always contact support so we can look with you what is going wrong.
