Installed the latest update in december 2016 and lost all your network adapters, at least they dont show any connection ? 

After the latest update the following may happen:
- Lost all wifi connections
- Lost all network connections

Solution:

Go to your windows 10 : Settings - Network & Internet - Network Reset 

let it do its work; and if needed manually reboot the system after a while.

And all your connections will be back after the update.
