All accounts hosted on our servers will be able to get a free cPanel Certificate, this is a full domain validated certificate for 90 days, before the 90 days are over we will automatically install a new one for 90 days and so on, this certificate is ONLY valid on our servers you can not transfer the certificate to a 3rd party.
if you wish to be able to do that you will need to buy a SSL certificate with us, which you will then be able to move to another host within its validation period as well. 

The free certificate will be configured automatically on any account not having an SSL already as soon its pointed to our server, note that an SSL certificate is never instant, it may take up to 2 hours before its activated by the SSL authority. If it takes longer as this it is most likely due to an issue with the account setup, you may then create a ticket and we will look what is the cause and fix the issue if possible.
